Planning a great trip involves knowledge, enthusiasm, personal experience, and a lot of attention to detail.
Here's how we work. Issues for new clients are in bold.
- Legal names as they appear on your passports
- Main phone contact -we provide this to airlines and hotels - and an email address
- Expiration date of passports on International trips.
- Conversation about your travel plans, questions and answers to help direct you to the best options.
- Either at that point, or in the next phone call the following:
a. Outline of the options as we see them
b. Approximate service fees for planning the trip.
- Once a decision is reached on doing the trip and the service level (and fees) required - we begin confirming the trip.
- New clients need to complete one of our three profiles, depending on the service level they want for this trip.
- At this point you will be receiving our Bond Street Travel Planner Folio
- You will also be alerted to Visas, vaccinations and other important facts you need to know.
- At this point we will also discuss trip cancellation insurance to see if you want this protection or not
- Finally we present your itinerary to you to finalize the outline and purchase / confirm all details as required.
